NOIR Phantom Volumizing dust
Why we love it: Our volumizing dust is perfect to use on all hair types, especially fine, limp hair. This re-workable, light-weight formula adds a ton of texture and volume. Simply lift the hair and pump a little phantom cloud right into the roots for a boost, or onto the ends for some shattered separation. This powder can also be used as a dry shampoo. The fine mineral powder absorbs oils and product residue on the hair and scalp.
