Salon Policies
In consideration of all of our guests & their relaxation, as well as for safety reasons young children are only to be in the salon when they have a hair appointment. They should not be left unattended at any time.
Late Cancellation/No-Shows:
*We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancelations or reschedules.
*Clients who No-show/Late Cancel must pay 50% fee of missed appointment to be able to book with us again.
*Anyone who has previously no-showed or late-canceled, all appointments will require a non-refundable deposit.
*All late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit deposit.
*15 minutes late without a call, email, or text is considered a no-show.
*All appointments $200 or more require a 50% deposit to hold the appointment spot.
*Deposits go towards total after services are rendered.
*After more than one no-show or late cancelation , we reserve the right to refuse service.
Payment:
We accept cash and all major credit cards. For any wedding party or special group event a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Returns/Refunds:
Any unopened/unused product can be returned for a full refund within one week of purchase. Show us your digital/emailed receipt. Anything open or used (with no more than 25% used) may be EXCHANGED within 7 days of purchase. No Refunds on Gift Certificates. No refunds on services. Clients can contact us within one week after appointment for adjustments to services with original service provider as long as there are NO ALTERATIONS from services done at our salon.
